today’s post is all about a new website that was set up not too long ago in light of the recent censorship furore in NTU, where the story regarding chee soon juan’s visit to the school was pulled from both the nanyang chronicle (campus paper) and spectrum (campus tv).

sensing that the nanyang chronicle might no longer be a realistic platform for open reporting, the enquirer was started as an online alternative. i personally know a couple of guys on the editorial team and i respect their fortitude and passion in pursuing their vision.

as is to be expected, the writing thus far is excellent, and i hope that the enquirer will grow from strength to strength as a credible source of information. perhaps it will in due time rise as a serious player in the blogosphere.
